Well, it's been a while I have been working on my nutrition and fitness routine. It feels really great when I feel confident about myself and I express myself clearly. I used to work on my health in my school times, by playing Badminton and training in Gym sometimes. So I stopped for like a year due to my board examinations and entrance test preps. Now its been 2 months and I am back in my fitness routine. Why I started?
