REAL AND RARE YOU 💜 💜

Hello people 😘

The 'REAL YOU' is confident, positive and self-motivated which you can discover by making fitness a priority in life. Well, it's been a while I have been working on my nutrition and fitness routine.  It feels really great when I feel confident about myself and I express myself clearly.
I used to work on my health in my school times, by playing Badminton and training in Gym sometimes. So I stopped for like a year due to my board examinations and entrance test preps.

Now its been 2 months and I am back in my fitness routine.

Why I started?

Honestly, I did not know about the benefits I will get by this, I just started training my body in Gym to distract myself from my problems. As I kept on doing, it felt good and I made fitness routine a daily choice to make.

The mistake we do is that we go for some time, then we stop going. I understand when it comes to professional life, it is easier said than done to take some time out for yourselves.

You could start by doing some small sacrifices such as:
  • A walk after dinner maybe.
  • Reducing the amount of fast-food intake.
  • Choosing stairs instead of a lift, if possible
  • Instead of going in a cab to reach a small distance, prefer walking
, etc

I promise you by doing any of the above sacrifices, you will feel good about yourselves.
Then after some time, you can start doing any physical activity you like or you want to learn such as dance, badminton, gym, karate, etc.

"It's all in your hands,
Your health is in your hands,
Your life is in your hands"

(THE FITNESS ICON OF BOLLYWOOD INDUSTRY)

CONCLUSION:

  1. Start small.
  2. It's not about abs, its more about feeling good from inside.
  3. Investment in health has maximum returns.
  4. Do not stop, keep it going.

So what is your fitness goal for this weekend?

Real Relationships

Merry Christmas people 😉😄 Life is worth living. We know that right?. I am very happy to share my experience of having transformed myself from a self obsessed teen to an empathetic man.  Well, we all have flaws, sometimes we already know them, sometimes we can barely recognize them.   So be proud that you have flaws. Flaws are what inspire us to be better every time. This statement has a deep meaning. We are not born self-obsessed, it is just that when we focus too much on something, we become obsessed with it. Unknowingly, it sabotages the connections we had with people  Here are four simple practises to build beautiful relationships 1. PRACTICE HAVING PRIORITIES In life , maintaining beautiful relationships is a priority.   It is important that you are focused and have a goal in life but that does not mean that you would not speak to anyone else. We get much exposure when we talk to people. So listen to people, understan...

GAME CHANGER: CONFIDENCE

HEY PEOPLE 😃😄 WELCOME BACK TO MY NEXT BLOG I am really excited to share my thoughts on this topic. This is about confidence, I know there are a lot of blogs on the internet on confidence, but here I don't share any bookish knowledge. I share only my practical knowledge that I get from my own experiences.  You know recently I asked a person really close to me ''How would I get back my confidence which I believed is long gone?". She just stood there and simply told me after being silent for like 5 minutes ''Kid, it's all in your head''. I asked her what does this statement exactly means. She told me that your confidence never goes anywhere. It is always within you. It goes when you lower down your worth and start doubting yourself. I was still not convinced. Of course, I wanted to understand the depth of what she was saying. I understand there is a lot of confidence required in life, say on stage, leadership, to overcome fears, etc. ...
