BEING ALONE

                  Hey people!

 Welcome  to my First    Blog

Okay so once in our lifetime we all have a phase when we feel that we have no friends and we are all alone to ourselves  ."Nobody cares for me how am I going to live this life being unloved?"  .Trust me I understand. Recently I had such emotions and it felt like if I had not done anything I would have gone to depression. So this is my experience, I finally resolved this and I don't want you guys to feel that you are alone. Trust me I am here for you people !. .So what did I do?

                                                                I DID THESE 4 THINGS :

     1.  Opening up

I know what will you say "We are brave enough to handle our emotions". The fact is sometimes we cannot even understand how are we feeling? we mostly don't get an answer . Ask yourself sometimes ''Why are you feeling sad?". Most of us would have excuses only. So Its really important to open up to someone you are really comfortable with such as your parents, your brother, cousins, etc. Well to be absolutely honest I was not as close to my parents as I am now. So I preferred talking to a counselor. Let these negative thoughts flow of your mind. Trust me you will feel so much relaxed.

      2 . Sweating it out

As per Sandeep Maheshwari (Entrepreneur and a motivational speaker)"Our mental health depends on our physical health" and that is true. I started going to the Gym . It was my best investment which I have ever made. You know when you do any physical activity such as playing sports and going to the gym regularly. It makes your mind get rid of negative energies and thoughts (of which you may not even know). So stop overthinking and get your ass up, do some exercise. Soon that will become your strength,  that you are a fit person.

3. Doing something interesting

Well we all have certain interests in various fields which we have always have wanted to do. Let it be learning musical instruments, learning about the stock market, drawing, painting and the list goes on and on. So I took this phase which I was going through as an opportunity to do something that I really like to do. Basically I attended workshops on stand up comedy sessions to learn more about stand up comedies as I really love watching stand up comedy videos and it really went well. Even I have started preparing a script to perform in an open mic. 'Fingers crossed', anyways I did enjoy and I had a great time (as shown in the picture)

4. Opening up to my family

Trust me no one could understand this better than me that we always have second thoughts in the beginning when we want to open up with our family. Trust me telling them about how I feel made me, even more, stronger and secured. In the long run, I was more attached to my parents which was the best feeling in this world. Always remember this "Parents will never give us a wrong solution''. Trust me having an elder brother is the best blessing in the world.

CONCLUSION (What Did I Learn?)

1.      After some introspection and spending some time with myself I realized that I need to improve myself a lot and then, later on, I got to know the actual reason for this problem.
2.      I became independent and started making my own decisions.
3.      I ended up being really close to my family which I never thought of.
4.      I was able to understand my emotions better.
5.      I stopped overthinking and started living life.
6.      Felt much more confident in life.

Movies That Will Invigorate Your Imagination

Instagram Id:  tuteja_divyansh                           Twitter Id:  Tutejadivyansh Hey people 💜 I want to share the movies which encouraged me from inside to be unstoppable. You would love those movies, so sit back, eat some popcorns and watch these as they are definitely worth watching.  Here are my favorites of Bollywood which really moved me from inside: WAKE UP SID :  Well, this is one of the most underrated movies, I have ever seen. This movie is about a spoiled brat Sid who depends entirely on his dad's money and has no sense of responsibility in his life. Later on, when his dad tries to teach him the value of responsibility and money. He argues with his father and leaves his dad's Bungalow. Now, he is all up to him to somehow he manages. Its a must watch movie for people who are stuck in procrastination and laziness.  If you do not take responsibility for your life, your life is not in your control. So, are your consequences.

GAME CHANGER: CONFIDENCE

HEY PEOPLE 😃😄 WELCOME BACK TO MY NEXT BLOG I am really excited to share my thoughts on this topic. This is about confidence, I know there are a lot of blogs on the internet on confidence, but here I don't share any bookish knowledge. I share only my practical knowledge that I get from my own experiences.  You know recently I asked a person really close to me ''How would I get back my confidence which I believed is long gone?". She just stood there and simply told me after being silent for like 5 minutes ''Kid, it's all in your head''. I asked her what does this statement exactly means. She told me that your confidence never goes anywhere. It is always within you. It goes when you lower down your worth and start doubting yourself. I was still not convinced. Of course, I wanted to understand the depth of what she was saying. I understand there is a lot of confidence required in life, say on stage, leadership, to overcome fears, etc.
