GAME CHANGER: CONFIDENCE

HEY PEOPLE 😃😄
WELCOME BACK TO MY NEXT BLOG

I am really excited to share my thoughts on this topic.

This is about confidence, I know there are a lot of blogs on the internet on confidence, but here I don't share any bookish knowledge. I share only my practical knowledge that I get from my own experiences.
You know recently I asked a person really close to me ''How would I get back my confidence which I believed is long gone?". She just stood there and simply told me after being silent for like 5 minutes ''Kid, it's all in your head''. I asked her what does this statement exactly means. She told me that your confidence never goes anywhere. It is always within you. It goes when you lower down your worth and start doubting yourself. I was still not convinced. Of course, I wanted to understand the depth of what she was saying. I understand there is a lot of confidence required in life, say on stage, leadership, to overcome fears, etc.
If you want something really big in life you need confidence. Confidence is required in every area of life.

This blog is all about how to be overall confident in Life

So she added ''here is a habit, you could do so maintain as well as boost up your confidence''
Don't you want to know a habit that requires 5 minutes of your day, that will increase your confidence, decreases self-doubt and ultimately increases your self-esteem?

The answer is really simple. There is a technique called Visualization which World Class Athletes also have this as a part of their training. Here is what I was advised to do and it really worked.

  1.    IMAGINING YOUR BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

Believe it or not, we all have an imagined perfect self in our minds, but we do not think of it a lot. So I want you to imagine that perfect self you want to be in the future. Think it deeply, what is the best version to want to become?. For example, my imagined perfect self is I am a leader who helps people and has beautiful connections with people. I am doing what I love and I learn from my every experience whether good or bad etc. While doing this, some part of your imagination may not be your reality, but there is a popular quote which always inspires me. I quote ''Fake it. Till you make it".

2. REVIVING POSITIVE MEMORIES

School memories(Farewell)

We all have certain positive memories in life such as when we achieved something,  moments when our parents were proud of us(sometimes). Basically, the moment when you had the best experience of your life. I need you to feel that happiness again. So for example,  my best positive memory was when I gave a presentation assertively and since then my stage fear got away. I want you to think of the best moments of your life.

Childhood memories

3POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

Positive affirmations are phrases or mantra you say to yourself which may be true or may be not.  Ultimately it becomes your reality.  So you need to say positive affirmations to yourselves such as ''You are a leader'', ''You have great public  speaking skills'', You do not over think" etc. To further add you need to say positive statements to you on the basis of your strengths, that will motivate you to have such confidence and do something amazing. Be the best version of yourself in life and do something you love and be unstoppable.  Do it In such a way you ultimately do not hate Mondays anymore.

CONCLUSION:

                                  ·      All the confidence you need in life is all inside you.

                     ·      Confidence is more of a mind game.

                     ·      Your strengths are unbelievable.

YOU ARE PROMINENT

"YOU HAVE YOUR OWN REASONS TO BE AMAZING"      - DIVYANSH TUTEJA   Welcome back people 😉 Thank you for checking in on this blog!   Ever wondered how important you really are in this world to the people who really care about you ?. I have been there when you constantly doubt yourself whether you are really worth it or not   . Believe me, when you have this feeling, you could never go on a different path and you will be a follower, not a leader which you are supposed to be in this world.  Recently I was able to free myself from the mindset of a follower.  Yes, it did hurt some people in the short run, who were really close to me but at the end of the day, it's you, who is responsible for your life to be the best. Believe me, in the long run, it's going to be all good .   "Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become" - Steve Jobs Here is what I ...
