What is your biggest advice to boost our confidence?

Comment down below

What does that mean, when you say '' you do not give a fuck''. Do we really mean it? The point is deep inside, yes we do care about what people say about us. Even though we do not want to give a shit but that small voice is always seeking people's approval.

No matter what we do, that overthinking never stops. So, how is this type of fragile confidence supposed to last?.

HOW I SUSTAINED MY CONFIDENCE:

1. UNDERSTANDING MYSELF

Well, going on through a lot of fights between my internal and external world, I understood that my inner image is what matters the most. If I think myself as confident, then sure as hell I am confident.

If you know your strengths and weakness clear from the inside, then that confidence would we eternal. So, understanding your strengths and weaknesses will make you very clear about who you really are. So, this will give you a clear image of you, and you will be super confident in your own skin.

2. WHEN I GOT BORED IN MY COMFORT ZONE

I realized that there is some sort of laziness in the comfort zone, trying to avoid it most of the times made me very satisfied from inside. I applied this in Gym, sports,  my personality as well. The more I pushed myself, the more confident I became.

This comfort zone seems very beautiful but there is no growth there. Try to push yourself every day. Excuses do not build empires.

3. I GOT A PURPOSE IN LIFE

I remember the time where I had no sense of purpose in life, then things were different- no sense of direction, poor decisions, low self-esteem, etc. You know but when I got a purpose in life, life got easy. My self-esteem boosted up, I was doing something I really care about.

Your confidence depends entirely on your self-esteem, keep your self-esteem high by giving your life a purpose. A sense of direction in life is created when you have a purpose. Ask yourself this question today "Who do you want to be?.''

4. I STARTED TALKING TO PEOPLE

Believe it or not, everyone has a story to share with people. So, started talking to people, listening to people. This made me realize that people have gone through a lot and it is absolutely normal to be lost sometimes.

So, try to observe and talk to people. You will learn a lot and this will make you learn from their mistakes as well. So, talk to people as much as you can to understand a different set of views.

5. I START MY DAY WITH POSITIVITY:

When I used to start my day with stress and negativity, that day never went well. Later on, I started saying positive affirmations to like "I am improving my social skills'', ''I am awesome'', etc. This made me super confident and energetic for the upcoming day.

So, start your day with a smile and faith in yourself. You will see that you are much calmer and productive. Your self-esteem and confidence will boost drastically.

CONCLUSION:

  • Confidence is a muscle that should be worked upon regularly.
  • There is no such thing as eternal confidence.
  • The struggle won't go away, belief in yourself.
  • Want to increase confidence?. Push yourself
  • Follow the 'Do Something Principle'

Movies That Will Invigorate Your Imagination

Instagram Id:  tuteja_divyansh                           Twitter Id:  Tutejadivyansh Hey people 💜 I want to share the movies which encouraged me from inside to be unstoppable. You would love those movies, so sit back, eat some popcorns and watch these as they are definitely worth watching.  Here are my favorites of Bollywood which really moved me from inside: WAKE UP SID :  Well, this is one of the most underrated movies, I have ever seen. This movie is about a spoiled brat Sid who depends entirely on his dad's money and has no sense of responsibility in his life. Later on, when his dad tries to teach him the value of responsibility and money. He argues with his father and leaves his dad's Bungalow. Now, he is all up to him to somehow he manages. Its a must watch movie for people who are stuck in procrastination and laziness.  If you do not take responsibility for your life, your life is not in your control. So, are your consequences.

GAME CHANGER: CONFIDENCE

HEY PEOPLE 😃😄 WELCOME BACK TO MY NEXT BLOG I am really excited to share my thoughts on this topic. This is about confidence, I know there are a lot of blogs on the internet on confidence, but here I don't share any bookish knowledge. I share only my practical knowledge that I get from my own experiences.  You know recently I asked a person really close to me ''How would I get back my confidence which I believed is long gone?". She just stood there and simply told me after being silent for like 5 minutes ''Kid, it's all in your head''. I asked her what does this statement exactly means. She told me that your confidence never goes anywhere. It is always within you. It goes when you lower down your worth and start doubting yourself. I was still not convinced. Of course, I wanted to understand the depth of what she was saying. I understand there is a lot of confidence required in life, say on stage, leadership, to overcome fears, etc.
