Well, stress is never a problem. Managing stress is a real concern. At every stage of life, we encounter stress. Basically, it can never be avoided but the way we deal with it can be changed to live a better life. So, in this blog, we will discuss the best practical way to manage and reduce stress in life.

Fight or Flight Mode:
Remember that presentation for which you prepared too much but it did not go well because you got stressed out before starting the presentation.
Do you remember the day when you were in a room full of strangers and you got nervous and did not talk to anyone? or any other situation when we got so much stressed that we avoided it and regretted it later.
First of all, it's very common to be in this type of situation, all that matters is how we deal with it.
So, what we do wrong is that we avoid this situation by FLIGHT OR FIGHT MODE. This is not a solution but the real solution is to face it and handle it in the appropriate manner.

Analysis Paralysis:
It is when we overthink so much about an important thing that we confuse ourselves and do not make the right decision.
EXAMPLE: "Did I do it right or not?''.
"I wish I would have done that, things would have been better"
"I wish I have not said this to him"
"I have not prepared for my exam, shit. I am dead"
and many more things we say ourselves daily.
This makes us feel that now the time is up, we cannot do anything, but that's not the reality
Being The Best:
Most of the times we take stress because we want us to always make the right decision. It is not possible (of course) that we always make the right decision, we make mistakes and we learn from them with time. And gradually we make the right decisions. So, stop trying to be the best always, it is not possible that you are always the best.
As Arnold Schwarzenegger says "Trust yourselves, no matter how crazy it sounds".

What To Do Now?
So, whenever such a situation occurs. This may sound a bit cliché though but never mind. So, we need to take a few deep breaths and then later ask ourselves
"Am I going to let this stress control me?". The response is very obvious but underrated. So, let's control stress and use it in a positive way to increase our focus.
If, next time when any unexpected thing comes up. Take a few deep breaths, trust yourselves and do not stop.

GAME CHANGER: CONFIDENCE

HEY PEOPLE 😃😄 WELCOME BACK TO MY NEXT BLOG I am really excited to share my thoughts on this topic. This is about confidence, I know there are a lot of blogs on the internet on confidence, but here I don't share any bookish knowledge. I share only my practical knowledge that I get from my own experiences.  You know recently I asked a person really close to me ''How would I get back my confidence which I believed is long gone?". She just stood there and simply told me after being silent for like 5 minutes ''Kid, it's all in your head''. I asked her what does this statement exactly means. She told me that your confidence never goes anywhere. It is always within you. It goes when you lower down your worth and start doubting yourself. I was still not convinced. Of course, I wanted to understand the depth of what she was saying. I understand there is a lot of confidence required in life, say on stage, leadership, to overcome fears, etc. ...
